Erika Plante was hired by the Sheriff’s Office on July 24, 2006, she was assigned to the Jail Core Facility.

While assigned to the Jail Core Erika was a Custody Training Officer from 2013-2019. In 2019, Erika was promoted to Correctional Sergeant and assigned to the Honor Farm, South Jail, and Jail Core before being reassigned to the AB109/JMS Unit.

In June 2022, Erika was promoted to Correctional Lieutenant. She currently oversees the Honor Farm, Alternative Work Programs and the Community Corps Programs.
