Step 3 – Final Information

Once you click on the button below, you will leave our website and go to our online reporting system, where you can complete your online report.

• After you have answered the questions and completed the report, a message will appear indicating you have submitted your report.
• You’ll receive a temporary case number.
• You’ll be able to print or save a copy of the report for your records.
• All reports submitted will be reviewed by a member of our organization to ensure no additional information is needed.
• Filing a false police report is a crime.
