The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office has applied for a grant through California State Parks to fund Off-Highway enforcement. The 2024 grant application is available for review, and public comment, by clicking “Public Review Instructions” at https://olga.ohv.parks.ca.gov/egrams_ohmvr/user/home.aspx
The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office Off-Highway Enforcement Unit patrols and enforces off-highway vehicle use in San Joaquin County. I would like to remind you that there are several off-highway vehicle recreational areas in the state. You may wish to check the California State Parks, Off-highway Vehicle Recreation Division for an area near you at www.ohv.parks.ca.gov

Over 1,500 acres of riding area, Carnegie offers a variety of terrain upon which to ride. Made-up of dry rocky washes, rolling hills and steep, rugged canyons, the park provides a setting for off-highway vehicle users of all skill levels.

$5.00 daily entrance fee
Open year-round. Inclement weather closures are possible.
